Evera's FiberFeel OF, is a 100% natural source of fiber, made with premium orange cells but which is neutral in taste, smell and color.
It can be used as clean label texturizer, stabilizer, emulsifier in all kinds of applications, orange and not orange related products, to guarantee a clean label product labelling, a low calorie index and fat replacement.
By the applied unique propritary processing technology, this product has a creamy and smooth structure which is a real innovation for texture and versatility.

This orange Valencia FTNF is delivering a natural, fresh and fruity sensorial experience by a high level of aldehydes and terpenes (including Valencene).
