It is recovered by distillation and condensation during the process of orange juice concentration. This FTNF Orange Essence is a natural source of acetaldehyde, cis-3 hexanal, trans-2-hexanal and linalool; a raw material for flavor industry. Evera's Orange Essence Aroma is food grade and high soluble in water.
